Products are shipped within two business days (Mon - Fri) of purchase, excluding holidays determined by common freight carriers. For each order, the shipping method that provides best value and delivery speed is selected. Standard shipping methods include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for paying any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or similar charges which may be imposed beyond ordinary shipping charges. 

Deliveries from the United States to Canada may take an average 20 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, you can request a delivery receipt from the delivery company. If the product has not been delivered after 30 days of purchase date, you as the customer are entitled to a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me by emailing pdxpoints@gmail.com or via the contact form on this website. Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the product has been unopened. You may request a refund if the product arrives damaged.
